Payment is made in the following ways :

1. payment with cash on delivery ,

your parcel is delivered to your company address and you pay the amount to the courier (concerns small packets and invoices worth up 500€ and if customer is outside Greece where it can be supported by our partners -in any case please contact us before place an order in this way )

Products such computers or heavier items such like monitors ,bigger orders excepted !

Before first invoice we need all your company documents providing the identity of the company including administrator id card ,company address, vatid number that is proved by an official document in english !

Shipping and Returns

if the order and its payment has been made until 13.00 then it is sent the same day .

Lightweight parcels are shipped by courier

for parcels of larger volume or weight the shipment is made with a transport company after agreement or order is available for pickup !

for the city of Thessaloniki the delivery is done with our means by arrangement.

If you prefer another way of shipping please contact us before shipping the products.
Shipping prices include management and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and volume of the packages.

We recommend  you to group your products all in one order.

The products travel under the responsibility of the buyer, but special care in the packaging has preceded , shipping insurance is available uppon request !

In case of return of products, the shipping cost from the buyer to our company must be paid  by the buyer, and the shipping cost from our company to the buyer will be paid  by our company.
